| What’s different at Venkateshwara Mirabel |
|
|
“Venkateshwara Mirabel is a unique opportunity for us to demonstrate how “evolved living” can be brought to a discerning customer. The emphasis at Venkateshwara Mirabel is to craft out spaces that set you free and make you feel relaxed, secure and completely at home.
The simple but functional layout revolves around the central idea of having vehicle-free premises with ample green spaces and recreational activities.
The orientation of the buildings ensures that these recreational spaces get enough shelter from the harsh sun during the late afternoons and early evenings. This orientation beautifully highlights the entrance gate and the elaborate entrance lobby which is well segregated by the private recreational spaces of the project.
The two-storied town houses at the bottom of each tower help break the mass of otherwise 11 storey buildings. They are fronted by beautiful private garden spaces.

The variation in the height of the buildings is used to create a refuge floor, which is actually a sky lounge, a place where people can interact and experience the splendid view of the Baner Hills in the distance.
The internal layout of the apartments revolves around the central terrace. The terrace merges with the dining and living rooms and creates a beautiful experience of interconnected ‘inside-outside' space. It gives an experience of larger area that what actually is. The terrace is like a courtyard that binds the living spaces in the home.
The bedrooms are kept in the corner to enable cross-ventilation. The Juliet window is your private area that offers an unobstructed view of the beautiful surroundings.”

”Everywhere we find complexities around us. The landscape at Venkateshwara Mirabel is designed to simplify, yet add an enriching green experience. To express more open space for Venkateshwara Mirabel, we have derived a concept of a podium garden with covered areas to craft more greens for the residents of the project. Greens abound all across the complex, thereby enhancing a sense of peace and tranquility.
In short, it is an attempt to enrich the residents with maximum greens in open areas.”
